Actress Rita Edochie has responded to an Instagram user who accused her of leveraging Yul Edochie and his former wife May's marital problems for publicity. The controversy arose when Rita, who is married to Yul Edochie's uncle and has previously expressed support for May on social media, recently shared on her Instagram page that May would discover happiness once more.

On Friday morning, May 26, Rita took to her Instagram page to share a post in which she expressed her belief that the "egg" would soon crack open. She also prayed that those who had caused May suffering would experience tears and agony.

"Very soon, the egg will break. The one who laughs last, laughs best. My beloved daughter, Queen May Yul Edochie, will find joy again. Tears and agony will be the portion of all those who have subjected her to this pain. Just wait for it," she wrote.

After Rita's post, an Instagram user criticized the veteran actress, stating that she was going overboard and accused her of exploiting May and Yul's marital problems to seek attention.

The user responded, urging Rita to refrain from using May's name as a means to attract attention. They emphasized that marriage is not a matter of life or death and suggested that if Yul no longer desires to be with his former wife, it is best to let him be. However, if there are negative influences affecting his decisions, they believe that a higher power can intervene. Recognizing the silence from both parties involved, the user concluded by suggesting that Judy should have her time with Yul and advised everyone to remain patient.

Responding to the comment, Rita Edochie stated:

"@favor_shines_nationl_ Clout? For what purpose? I have already achieved success in life, so what am I seeking? I am not using social media to make money, and I genuinely don't care about that. I joined social media because it brings me joy. In fact, I am only replying to you because I know you are her friend. However, let me tell you this: all of you who support evil, evil will always reside within you and your future generations, since you find satisfaction in what is happening to Queen May Yul Edochie."
