Dr. Titus Oyeyemi, the President of African Projects/Foundation for Peace and Love Initiatives, has urged the three major political parties in the country to unite.

During an interactive session with the media in Lagos on the theme of "Creating a Formula to Enfranchise Federal Capital Territory, Abuja," Dr. Titus Oyeyemi, who is also the Provost of Timeon Kairos Polytechnic and Professional Institute, urged all parties with grievances to let go of their differences and embrace peaceful conflict resolution. He further urged them to abandon the current "winner takes all" democratic system that is being practiced in Nigeria.

Dr. Titus Oyeyemi stressed that the elimination of ethnicity in the country can only be achieved through peace and unity. He advised the three major political parties to unite and form a government with the winning party. He also commended Vice President Yemi Osinbajo for his speech during the first Policy Making and Governance Lecture Series of the National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, near Jos. The Vice President emphasized the possibility of Nigeria overcoming ethnic and religious prejudices and building a united nation.
