Asa Asika, the manager of Davido, recently disclosed that despite lacking a degree, he is responsible for paying the salaries of more than a hundred employees on a monthly basis.

During a recent interview with social media influencer Smartmoneyarese, Asa Asika, the 32-year-old artist manager, revealed his situation. Asika, who dropped out of university, emphasized that everyone's journey is unique and that there is no fixed path to achieve specific goals. He went on to mention that one of his companies alone covers the monthly salaries of 45 individuals, and when considering his other ventures, he estimates that he pays approximately 100 people salaries each month, despite not having a degree.

Asika also mentioned that he has no regrets about his educational background, as he has observed that many of his close friends, who hold Ph.D. degrees, are earning meager wages. He highlighted the discrepancy between their qualifications and the financial compensation they receive, further emphasizing the uniqueness of individual stories and paths to success.

Asa Asika has been managing Davido since 2012, with a brief falling out in 2013 followed by reconciliation in 2017. Currently, the renowned artist, known for his hit song "Dami Duro," has an estimated net worth of $27 million and continues to be managed by Asika since 2017.

In addition to his work with Davido, Asika is the founder of The Plug Entertainment, a management firm established in 2016. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with various artists, including Ikechukwu, ELDee, Sasha P, D'banj, Naeto C, and many others.

In 2019, he was honored with the Artiste Manager of the Year award at The Beatz Awards.
