During a recent interview with media personality JOI, Nigerian rapper ElDee the Don made the assertion that his father played a pivotal role in introducing the internet to Nigeria.

Despite pursuing a career in architecture, ElDee mentioned that he acquired his ICT (Information and Communications Technology) knowledge from his father.

ElDee explained, "My father was the pioneer who introduced the internet to Nigeria. He was responsible for setting up numerous companies and the initial cybercafés that you are familiar with today. All of these connections and establishments were facilitated by my father."

"He had a background in IT. Therefore, naturally, I have a strong inclination towards IT due to our association, despite my academic background in architecture."

In addition, he revealed his appreciation for the music of Fireboy DML, Oxlade, Joeboy, Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, and artists from the Mavins collective, highlighting them as Nigerian musicians whose songs he thoroughly enjoys listening to.
