The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the APC governorship candidate, Ahmed Aliyu winner of Sokoto State Governorship polls.
According to the results released, Aliyu secured a total of 453661 votes to beat his main rival, PDP's Saidu Umar, who polled a total of 40, 4632 votes
