Queen Elizabeth II has been reported dead from Buckingham Palace. 

Report from Buckingham Palace, "The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The King and the Queen consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow."

This came after the Queen made history of the ever first monarch to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee as Queen, She celebrated her 70th anniversary of her reign as the Queen in June 2022.

Queen Elizabeth II became the Queen in 1952 after the premature death of her father George VI, and went on to become both the country's longest ever lived serving monarch.

She got married to her late husband 1947 and the marriage produced four children Charls, Anne, Andrew and Edward until his death in 2021. 

Queen Elizabeth II is survived by four children, Prince Charls, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward, as well as Eight grandchildren and Twelve great grandchildren.

As reported, Her royal Majesty met with the new Prime Minister Liz Trus and asked her to form a government, following the resignation of Boris Johnson. Truss travelled to the Queen's Aberdeenshire estate Balmoral Castle in Scotland for her audience with Her Royal Highness.

Following her death, Prince Charls, the heir to the throne will now become the King.

A state funeral will take place at Westminster Abbey in ten days time, and two minutes silence will be observed before the Queen will be buried at Windsor Castle.
