Early hours of February, 15, violence took place in Warri around Udu axis Delta state due to the Central Bank of Nigeria declaration of deadline of old notes, stating old notes are no longer valid.

In the videos spreading online, some banks in udu road were burnt by angry protesters. 

However it is not known at time of report if Security operatives have restored peace.

It was also reported that campaign billboards have been pulled off and roads blocked in the process of protest.
