A man identified as Samson has been arraigned before the Magistrate Court in Ore, Osun state where he was pleaded guilty of the charges.

Martins Gbenga, the Police prosecutor, told the court that the convict was not a first time offender and that he broke into several shops at Major Sawmill Junction, Ore, Ondo state.

As reported, the items he stole includes packs of soft drinks, table water, a carton of wine  and 50 loaves of bread. 

The Magistrate, O.A Omofarin convicted Samson and sentenced him to three years imprisonment.
