A little boy yet to be identified has been found in an uncompleted building in Imo State with both hands and legs tied.

According to report, the little boy has been rescued by ECOWAS News crew after he was found in the building located around Umuguma Housing Estate in Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.

Presently, the boy is at the New Owerri police station.
